The hotel's location offered quick access to two subway lines, this made exploring convenient. The free shuttle to the main station was also a helpful alternative. The room upgrade was appreciated and included complimentary beverages. The water pressure in the shower was strong and consistent, it ensured a refreshing experience.
The breakfast buffet options remained the same each day, even though they were diverse.

i was touched by mr wally's warm welcome, it felt familial. i appreciate the staff showed genuine care regarding a past stay i felt less happy with. i regained my trust in this place after this wonderful visit, it was good.
The room service was slow. My order took over two hours to arrive. a faster service would definitely.
